As Senior Vice President for International, Paula is responsible for all Little Caesars locations in more than two dozen countries and territories overseas. Previously, Vissing was Vice President of Purchasing and Quality Assurance, where she led cost-saving and sourcing initiatives that supported Little Caesars’ growth in the United States.
 
Vissing has also led global supply chain expansion, enabling international development efforts across the globe. She also previously served as managing director of Canada for Little Caesars, leading all aspects of the Canadian business from new store development to training and operations.
 
Vissing has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry providing strategic leadership for brands such as Captain D’s and Long John Silver’s.
A Kentucky native, Vissing received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Louisville and an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

Raphael Chan

Raphael began his career in the Quick Service Restaurant industry in 1985 as a Management Trainee in KFC, after which he worked at various capacities in McDonald’s and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
 
He had also spent some years in senior management capacities working closely with the business owners of local start-up chain restaurants to grow their market share.
 
He joined Subway in 2004 in Singapore when the brand was 8 years in the market with 11 franchise owners operating 23 restaurants. Today, there are 128 restaurants operated by 42 franchise owners and can still grow at a rate 5 restaurants a year.
 
In 2010, Raphael and his partners were entrusted by Subway to be Business Development Agents to develop the territory of Johor. Today it has 27 restaurants operated by 15 franchise owners. He and his current partners have formed a new partnership with their senior staff members to be Business Development Agents for yet another new territory within SE Asia, expected to commence in early 2019.
