Japanese ramen chain Ichiran launches virtual cooking game

It was made with VR game developer Tricol.

There is now a virtual reality (VR) game that allows users to become a ramen chef for Japanese restaurant chain Ichiran.

The company recently recently unveiled its very own VR game dubbed “Counter Fight Ichiran”, made with VR game developer Tricol.

“Counter Fight Ichiran” lets players serve up their best bowl of ramen, complete with customizable recipes according to noodle and broth types.

The game also captures the isolated ambiance cultivated by this restaurant chain, complete with its cubicle-style setup and bamboo screen partitions. Players are given 15 seconds to complete an order.

“Counter Fight Ichiran” is now available on Oculus’ site for US$15.
