Ekrem Ozer is the President of Restaurant Brands International for the Asia Pacific region. Ekrem is based in Singapore and oversees, in the region, RBI brands: BURGER KING®, TIM HORTONS® and POPEYES®.
Ekrem previously served as the CEO of Burger King in China. Prior to that, he was the group CFO of Tab Food Investments, one of the largest QSR operators in the world with over 2,000 restaurants.
Ekrem holds a Business Degree from Indiana University, Bloomington (2003).

Fai is an Associate Partner at Bain & Company's Bangkok office. She is an expert in Bain’s Retail practice, focusing on QSR, and also in Bain’s Results Acceleration practice.
Fai has over 10 years of management consulting experience, advising QSRs, retailers, and banks. She is focused on the actions companies should take to embrace digital and agile way of working. She holds deep expertise in strategy, performance improvement, customer experience and transformative change.
She has applied her strategy consulting expertise across multiple geographies, having served clients in China, Singapore, Australia, the Middle East, as well as Thailand.
Fai holds Bachelor & Master degrees in Chemical Engineering, and a PhD in Manufacturing Engineering, from University of Cambridge.
Outside of work, Fai has a strong passion in performing arts and used to dance competitively. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her son.

Derek Keswakaroon is Head of Bain’s Southeast Asia Restaurants and Retail Practice. He works extensively across Southeast Asia, China and emerging markets globally.
He has over 18 year’s experience in advising clients across the intersection of restaurants, retail, digital, financial services and technology.
He has worked closely with F&B, QSR, and retailers across a broad range of topics such as: growth strategy, consumer loyalty, new concept design and roll-out, omni-channel, performance improvement, network optimization, operational efficiency, partners and franchise management, digital transformation and M&A.
Derek was previously part of the initial team to start Ekata, a digital identity verification startup that was recently acquired for $850M.
Derek holds master's degrees from Johns Hopkins University and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a BA from Tufts University.

He is responsible for the EFG business in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, plus Palms Food International, an airport F&B business in Singapore. Martin, a UK National and Singaporean PR, is an accomplished global leader with a wealth of experience in the hospitality and retail industry. His extensive career in leadership positions with industry giants such as Starbucks Coffee, Marks and Spencer, Whitbread and Vodafone have taken him across the globe. Prior to joining RMA Group, Martin was the CEO of Niso Corporation, Vietnam and Celebrity Fitness, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Pedram has been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of foodpanda since January 2019. In his current role, he oversees all ongoing business operations in the region, and spearheads commercial growth and expansion efforts across the 12 markets in which foodpanda operates.
Pedram began his career within the food delivery industry six years ago, having started his own food delivery company in the Middle East. He then moved to Dubai as Head of Operations at Uber. Prior to his work in the food delivery industry, Pedram held tenures at Amazon, IBM and Rocket Internet.
Pedram graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus
University, majoring in International Business Administration.

Dhaval currently continues his entrepreneurial journey as a part of the leadership team at LogiNext and heads the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Japan and Australia regions. Before LogiNext, he was a part of the leadership team at Cartesian Consulting, a global analytics firm.
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Dhaval has worked with organisations like Wipro Technologies, CNBC & Direxions in business + tech roles.
Dhaval also happens to be on the advisory board of K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, a leading Business school in India. He is frequently invited to speak at various business and B School events across the country.
