Dheeraj Gupta is an Indian businessman credited with establishing the country’s largest homegrown burger company, Jumboking. He is India’s most vocal advocate for franchising and has pioneered the  ‘start smart, grow fast’ program, inducting millions into a safer pathway to prosperity. 

An avid reader of business books, his approach to brand-building was shaped by Al Ries’ bestselling book ‘Focus.’  Gupta is considered a leader in the Indian restaurant industry, being one of the first to establish ‘Indian-origin QSRs’ as an independent category.
