Adrien Desbaillets
Adrien is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of SaladStop!. Having grown up in the hospitality industry in Asia, Adrien and his father felt a need for healthier food options in Singapore in 2009. This escalated into a vision of bringing something innovative, fresh, and tasty to increasingly discerning and health-conscious people. Today, SaladStop! operates over 60 outlets across Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, and Spain.
Andrew Norton
Andrew Norton has worked in the QSR industry for over 20 years in both Australia and Thailand. Andrew has experience on multiple brands in different stages of growth. Andrew has worked in leadership positions in Finance, Operations, Business Development and has worked in both Franchisee and Franchisor positions. In late 2016 Andrew established operations of Restaurants Development Company Thailand (“RD”). RD acquired 127 KFC Restaurants for Yum Brands in Thailand. RD is one of the fastest growing restaurant companies in the region and now operates over 260 restaurants in Thailand, more than double the size at the commencement of operations. At RD we believe that EVERYONE makes a “Real Difference” to our success. We value every single team member’s contribution to our customers, to supporting our restaurants and to making a positive impact on the communities in which we operate. RD employs more than 4,000 staff, throughout Thailand and is backed by a strong and committed consortium of Thai and Asian investors. RD has been recognized with many awards since commencing operations by both the Franchisor (Yum!) and industry groups.
Andy Lo
Andy Lo is the Commercial Director for Deliveroo Singapore. Since joining the firm in November 2021, Andy currently leads the restaurants team - a 40+ person organization of account managers, business development professionals all working towards a key ambition: to offer the best food delivery partnership experience to restaurants, and to help them grow their businesses through delivery. Andy’s team is responsible for signing up Singapore’s best restaurants and eateries to the platform, building strong relationships with personalities across the F&B industry, and collaborating with restaurants to expand and grow partnerships. His distinguished career spans 17 years where he served in leadership roles for e-commerce giants such as Klook and Agoda, collaborating across functions to drive consistent business growth. His passions for food, tech and data analytics have led him to his new role at Deliveroo, where he aims to solidify the company’s position as the definitive choice whenever Singaporeans think about food.
Antony Leung
He is the General Manager of Pizza Hut Taiwan responsible for leading the business strategy and operations of the quick service restaurant. Under his leadership, he rejuvenated the brand and expanded pizza consumption beyond festival times. He spearheaded the Wow product innovation strategy and led digital transformation efforts, utilizing social listening and data analysis to enhance customer experience. He joined Pizza Hut Taiwan of Jardine Restaurant Group in 2019 after accumulating nearly 20 years of experience in the food and beverage and retail industries across major cities in Asia and Europe.
Ausanee Mahagitsiri
She is the President and Owner of King Food Group Company Limited, she oversees a diverse portfolio of popular franchises, including Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice, Pie Face, and Bulgogi Brothers in Thailand. She also serves as the Director of Lakewood Country and Secretary of the State Enterprise Policy Office at the Ministry of Finance. She is also a valued member of the Board of Directors for Thai Film Industries Public Company Limited and Central Laboratory (Thailand) Company Limited.
Brendan Murphy
Brendan leads a team of Solution Consultants across Asia-Pacific and Japan who help design and implement technology solutions that provide marketers the ability to acquire new customers, drive engagement, and ultimately convert them into brand loyalists. In the last few years alone Brendan has personally worked with businesses such as Bakers Delight, Green Cross Health, Starbucks, Baby Bunting, Beacon Lighting, and The Good Guys to execute large-scale technology initiatives to help drive loyalty outcomes.
Carlos Antonius
An energetic, commercially motivated executive with extensive credentials leading B2C/B2B Food and Beverage businesses through critical periods of growth and change, where key strategic imperatives have involved future-proofing the business and achieving material revenue and profit improvements. He is recognised as collaborative and results-focused people leader who is highly effective at stakeholder engagement and managing shareholder expectations and a specialist in strategy planning and execution, commercial operations, P&L performance, brand and marketing management. As an authentic communicator, he is passionate about developing high-performing teams that foster a culture of engagement and success. In recent years, he also developed a reputation as being very effective at managing complex shareholder groups with competing priorities and needs.
