
60 Subway outlets halt pork-based sandwiches
Although the brand said in a disclaimer that the non-pork servicing restaurants are not halal certified.
Subway Singapore announced on its Facebook page the full list of branches that have stopped selling pork. The non-pork protein service at the 60 restaurants below has taken effect from the 31st of January 2018.
The branches include those at Bugis Junction, Causeway Point, Punggol Plaza, Downtown East, and Jurong Point.
Among its ingredients, regular bacon has also been replaced with chicken bacon.
