McDonald's partners with China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd.

It plans to expand into the country’s more than 60 core mainstream city commercial complexes.

According to the strategic agreement, China Shipping Real Estate will cooperate with McDonald's in the commercial complex, community business and office space of more than 60 core mainstream cities, and will further support McDonald's to develop its market position in first-tier cities.

"We attach great importance to long-term cooperation with China Shipping real estate," said McDonald’s China's chief executive officer, Ms. Zhang Jiayin. "On the basis of traditional restaurants, McDonald's has a variety of business models such as dessert, wheat, etc. McDonald's is also in the country to promote the future 2.0 restaurant experience upgrade.”
