Vietnam's Cong Caphe launches South Korean expansion
The upcoming site in Seoul will be the coffee chain's first overseas outlet.
Cộng Caphe will open a new branch in the Yeonnam-dong neighbourhood in the South Korean capital Seoul with opening set for July 31, according to an article by Viet Nam News.
Citing a report by a Korean newspaper, the café has been uploading photos of its signature drink, coconut coffee, on Instagram, signalling the establishment of its first store in Seoul. The brand also posted location maps showing the way to the new coffee shop last July 16.
Cộng Caphe opened its first store in 2007 in Hà Nội, and since then has franchised more than 50 stores in Hà Nội, Hội An and HCM City.
