The brand specialises in Greek doughnuts and coffee.

Australian doughnut chain Lukumades has opened its first franchise outlet in Singapore.

Lukumades first opened in 2016 in a food truck in Melbourne. The brand is known for serving deep-fried Greek doughnuts called loukoumades. Every order is made fresh.

The outlet opened in Bugis and is open Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM to 10 PM. Aside from deep-fried doughnuts, the brand also serves gelatos, juice, shakes, and coffee. Prices range from SG$5 to SG$15.

Before the opening, Lukumades first announced its plans to expand in Singapore in January 2020.

Lukumades operates on a franchise with locations in Australia, UAE, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia according to its social media page. It is also planning to open in the US and UK.
