
KFC expands in India
It has launched its first store in Kohima, Nagaland.
KFC India's managing director Rahul Shinde said that their aim was to get closer to their customers across the region as well as introduce them to the KFC’s world of unique food and beverage options. He also said that this new store set up at Kohima is another milestone in the India success story and most importantly a step towards shaping KFC’s growth trajectory in the region.
The opening will provide employment opportunities to the many educated unemployed Naga youths.
The new KFC restaurant is located at the Keziekie Mini Bus Stop, and spread across 2400 square feet, which can accommodate up to 70 people and will remain open from 10 am to 9 pm throughout the week.
