Little Italy Group launches pizza brand in India

It is the first fast-food franchise for the company.

The Little Italy Group is entering the fast food market with its first franchise, Piazza.

Piazza specializes in Roman-style pizza or the Pinsa Romana. It is set to introduce a Live Pinsa bar which has a subway-style assembly line that would allow customers to customise their own Pinsas using 100 different topping choices handcrafted by the company’s pizzaiolos to be served to customers in under seven minutes.

The group is aiming to open 100 Piazza outlets in India and 20 international stores by 2024.
