Starbucks Vietnam opens Asia's highest café on Fansipan Mountain
To mark the opening, the chain is offering a limited-time Cloud Macchiato series.
Starbucks has opened a new coffeehouse at the summit of Fansipan Mountain in northern Vietnam, making it the highest Starbucks location in Asia.
The design of the Fansipan store reflects the local landscape and cultural elements.
The exterior features a sage green façade accented with fluted textiles inspired by the woven patterns of Sapa.
Inside, the café incorporates colours and materials drawn from the surrounding highlands, including deep green, warm beige, natural wood, and plants.
A custom glass installation above the bar depicts the shape of Fansipan Mountain and Vietnam’s coffee-growing regions.
To mark the opening, Starbucks Vietnam is offering a limited-time Cloud Macchiato series, available hot or iced, at locations nationwide through 20 March.
