Subway charts next chapter in Taiwan with Yellowstone deal
Yellowstone will manage and develop all Subway locations in the country.
Subway has signed a master franchise deal with Yellowstone Investment Corp. Ltd. to oversee the brand’s expansion in Taiwan.
Under the agreement, Yellowstone will manage and develop all Subway locations in the country, aiming to grow the chain whilst maintaining its existing operations.
Yellowstone is led by John Huang and co-founded by Chester Tang, who together have over 30 years of experience in real estate, development, and large-scale food and beverage operations across the Asia-Pacific and North America.
