GOPIZZA secures $10m from Thai conglomerate Charoen Pokphand Group

The brand currently has a total of $43m in investments.

South Korean pizza brand GOPIZZA has raised $10m from CP All, the operator of 7-Eleven in Thailand which is owned by the Thai conglomerate Charoen Pokphand Group.

This brings GOPIZZA’s total cumulative investment to over $43m.

GOPIZZA plans to use the fresh funding to strengthen its position in Thailand, with plans to open more than 20 outlets before the end of the year. GOPIZZA first opened its flagship outlet in Thailand in December 2023 as well as its Cosmo Bazaar in April this year.

Founded by Jay Lim in 2016, GOPIZZA began as a food truck at the Seoul Night Market in South Korea and has since expanded significantly across Southeast Asia and beyond, including Indonesia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan. Today, GOPIZZA has over 450 outlets.
