
Minor International sets up joint venture to expand The Coffee Club in Vietnam
The new JV has a registered capital of US$1 million.
Bangkok-based hospitality company Minor International has set up a joint venture with QSR Investment Joint Stock Company as part of its plan to expand The Coffee Club business in Vietnam.
The Thai firm made the venture through its wholly-owned subsidiary MFG International Holding (Singapore).
The new JV has a registered capital of 25 billion VND ($1 million), according to the company’s filing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
