Burger King Taiwan hands out free burgers to KFC, McDonald's customers
Customers get free burgers for every meal receipt from their rivals.
The new marketing campaign, the report said, is a way for Burger King to “tap into the crowded fast-food market” in the island state.
Burger King Taiwan has given away 10,000 free burgers to KFC and McDonald’s customers, Taiwan News has reported.
The report noted that free burgers were swapped for every receipt of a set meal purchased in-store from the burger brand’s rival chains on the same day.
The new marketing campaign, the report said, is a way for Burger King to “tap into the crowded fast-food market” in the island state.
The promo ran until 10 December.
