Burger King Indonesia's website infected with malware

The malware inserts are located in the footer section and point to Coinpot.co site to mine Dogecoin.

The official website of fastfood chain Burger King Indonesia has been infected with crypto-mining malware. Based on the lead received by DailySocial, the malware caused CPU usage to increase by more than 100%.

Once the Burger King site is closed, the CPU load will return to normal. No information was given whether there are internal developers responsible for the insertion of this malware or the website was hacked by a third party.
