Deliveroo expands ‘Meals-On-Wheels' initiative for the elderly

Customers can now get a SG$5 meal option from three additional restaurants.

Deliveroo has expanded its partnership with TOUCH Community Services to boost their Meals-On-Wheels campaign.

Customers can now buy a meal for elderly clients by selecting a SG$5 meal option from three participating restaurants under the Chang Cheng Group: CC Premium Bento, Rong Kee Roasted Delights and Ming Kitchen Seafood.

The first delivery to elderly clients will commence on 19 November and run until 19 December. The number of donations received will determine the expansion of the partnership to more zones in Singapore.

Deliveroo has partnered with TOUCH since November 2018, with volunteer riders delivering approximately 520 meals to 50 beneficiaries in Boon Lay and Jurong West.
