Fast casual chain Paik’s Noodle makes Melbourne debut

Paik’s boasts nine dishes that intersect between fermented Korean flavours and more traditional Chinese-style stir fry.

Paik’s Noodle, the fast casual restaurant chain Korean celebrity chef Jong-won Paik, has opened its first Australian outpost.

Now open for dine-in at 470 Little Lonsdale Street in Melbourne, Paik’s boasts nine dishes that intersect between fermented Korean flavours and more traditional Chinese-style stir fry and features an open plan kitchen.

"We're so pleased to launch Paik's Noodle here in Melbourne and welcome a new world of Korean flavours to this culturally diverse food city. Melburnians are so receptive to authentic cuisine, which makes this new chapter in the Paik's journey very exciting for our team," says managing director Iris Cheng.

Jong-won Paik boasts over 5.2 million YouTube subscribers, his own television program and over 2,000 dining venues worldwide.
