Pirata Group launches one-stop shop app
The app will give users access to all of the operator's 27 restaurants.
Pirata Group has launched its own app that will give users access to all of its 27 restaurants across Hong Kong.
Called the Pirata App, it is a one-stop shop for all of the group’s restaurants, providing guests with a fun and convenient way to access menus, addresses, maps, opening hours, dining news, promotions and special events.
Apart from instant bookings and waitlists, the App also offers delightful loyalty rewards, including complimentary house drinks, full meals, dining vouchers and other delicious surprises after hitting a certain number of visits.
Guests who notch 15 visits on the App are able to unlock a membership to The Circle, the Group’s exclusive VIP tier for its highest frequency guests. Members of The Circle receive even more personalised experiences and benefits, such as a HK$1k welcome voucher after their 16th visit, and a warm welcome to the club from the Group’s Guest Relations team.

To celebrate the launch, every user who downloads the App receives a HK$100 voucher after their first dining experience.
