Auntie Anne's to debut in Myanmar
The brand will continue to expand in the country for the next five years.
Auntie Anne’s parent company FOCUS brands and investment holding company Yoma Strategic Holdings have signed a franchise agreement to bring the said pretzel chain to Myanmar.
Their first outlet is expected to open in Yangon in the coming months. They will be featuring their classic offerings such as the Original Pretzel, the Sweet Almond Pretzel and the Pretzel Dog.
“We are very excited to continue Auntie Anne’s footprint expansion in Asia and bring freshly baked, hand-rolled pretzels to Myanmar,” Ken Chen, SVP and managing director for FOCUS Brands in Asia Pacific, said.
Yoma Strategic Holdings also mentioned that they plan to have six international and local food and beverage brands, operating 125 outlets, by 2023.
