A&W teases new outlet opening in Singapore
Fans of the store quickly found out where the new location was.
American fast food chain A&W is opening a new outlet in Singapore.
The fast food chain initially teased an opening in a Facebook post, without mentioning the location.
“PSA: New A&W® outlet now open/ Here's a little sneak peek of Rooty® at our new outlet 🐻 #GuessWhere #AWRestaurantsSG #JustAWesome #NewOutlet,” A&W posted.
However, fans of the chain quickly found out that the new store will open at Admiralty Place. A job hiring ad from the A&W with the location seems to back up this claim.
A&W will join other brands like KFC and Coffee Bean in the new location. Known for its coney dogs and root beer floats, A&W first entered Singapore in 1966 before leaving in 2003. The brand reentered the country in 2019 at Jewel Changi Airport.
