Gordon Ramsay’s Street Burger to open first global location in Seoul
It will also be its restaurant in Asia.
Hell’s Kitchen host Gordon Ramsay’s Street Burger is set to open in in Hyundai Department Store in southern Seoul.
Street Burger was founded by the British celebrity chef in 2020.
The restaurant in Seoul will be the first global location outside of the UK and the first in Asia for Street Burger.
Aside from the usual menu of fries, drinks, and burgers, it will also include a Korea-exclusive burger called The Korean Smash Burger which is made with kimchi and bacon.
Street Burger is expected to open in March.
In a report by Euromonitor, South Korea’s burger market grew nearly 30% from 2015 to 2020 and is expected to reach ₩5t in 2023.
