Lotteria bets on Singapore's west with new Jurong Point outlet
Opening promotions and exclusive merchandise will be unveiled ahead of the launch.
Lotteria will open its second Singapore outlet at Jurong Point in July, expanding beyond its debut location at Jewel Changi Airport and into western Singapore.
The outlet, operated by Katrina Group, will offer several of the chain’s established menu items, including Ria’s Bulgogi Burger, which features a beef patty with bulgogi sauce, and Ria’s Shrimp Burger, made with a shrimp patty containing pieces of shrimp and served with tartar and Thousand Island sauces.
Other menu items include Gangjung Chicken, Lotteria’s version of Korean fried chicken, and Shake Shake Nuggets, which are coated with flavoured seasonings such as onion, cheese, or chilli powder after being shaken in a bag.
Like the menu at Jewel Changi Airport, the Jurong Point outlet will serve food that is free from pork and lard.
Lotteria said it will also introduce opening promotions and exclusive merchandise, with details to be released closer to the launch date.
