
Michelin-starred soya sauce chicken stall to launch restaurant
Named Hawker Chan, the restaurant is set to launch this November.
The world's first Michelin-starred food stall, Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle, announced that it will be opening its first restaurant.
In a partnership with Hersing Culinary, Chef Chan Hon Meng aims to open the restaurant in Singapore, serving the same soya sauce chicken rice and noodle dishes that were recognised in the Michelin Guide.
Hawker Chan will be located at 78 Smith Street in Chinatown. The original hawker stall will remain.
