Russo's set to launch a new outlet in Dubai
This will be the seventh site the pizza chain has in the city.
US-based pizza chain Russo’s New York Pizzeria has announced that they will be opening a new restaurant in Spring Souk shopping centre in Dubai this October.
The menu is said to have adapted to Middle Eastern food and will feature local seafood, Halal meats, risotto and saffron, truffle mushroom soup, eggplant pizza, gnocchi pasta and Mediterranean-influenced dips and spreads.
“We are excited to offer Dubai families, friends and business associates a seventh location for authentic New York-style pizzeria and Italian,” Anthony Russo, Russo’s founder and CEO, said. “Blending the simplicity of a pizzeria with the freshness of an upscale Italian restaurant, we deliver a chef-driven dining experience in a fast-casual setting that is unlike any other restaurant in the UAE.”
The site will have a casual dining layout that includes an open kitchen. To-go and delivery services are also available.
