Jollibee opens North American headquarters
The Philippine-based fast food giant currently operates ten stores across the US and three in Canada.
Jollibee Food Corporation (JFC) has inaugurated in California its 13-storey support headquarters for its North American operations in part of its expansion in the region.
The Philippine-based fast food giant has planned to open 250 Jollibee stores in the region by 2023, which it had identified as a “key growth market.”
The 28,000 sq. foot space at 100 North Barranca Street in West Covina will serve as a center of operations for JFC’s brands Jollibee, Chowking and Red Ribbon.
"This new headquarters is extremely rewarding because it shows how far we have come as a company," JFC North America president Beth Dela Cruz said in a statement.
"We're looking forward to telling people we're the home of Jollibee," West Covina city mayor Lloyd Johnson said about the JFC’s headquarters.
With an unobstructed 360 degree-view of Los Angeles, the hybrid office space features digitally-enabled facilities. There are individual workstations, an open floor plan, as well as social spaces with recreational rooms where employees can play games and unwind.
Since Jollibee opened its first regional store in Daly, California in 1998, the fast food brand now operates ten stores across the US and three in Canada.
