Papa John’s announced they will be investing US$2.5 million in new hiring, referral, and appreciation bonuses for store employees at company-owned restaurants in 2021. Grubhub has partnered with Yandex, a Russia-based internet company, to give campus restaurants the option to offer delivery by robots. Restaurant Business reported that Yandex's autonomous "rovers” will be able to navigate itself from pickup to drop off points, reaching parts of campuses inaccessible to cars. Read more here.

Burger King Americas president Chris Finazzo has exited the burger chain, the latest of several executive changes at the fast food chain  in the past few months, Restaurant Dive reported. Read more here.
