Kimly parent company gets back SG$1.4m from returning Asian Story Corporation

The came after they aborted their acquisition two months ago.

Cafe operator Kimly Limited has announced that they received the first installment repayment of SG$ 1.4million from the cancelled sale of the drinks company Asian Story Corporation (ASC).

The vendor of ASC is the former employee of Pokka Corp, Wang Chia Ye, who is due to pay the remaining SG$2.6 million in second and third installment on 2020 and 2021, respectively.

The news came after Kimly announced the cancellation of the SG$16 million acquisition of the drinks company on November last year.

On the same month, they also suspended stock trading in completing pending matters on regulatory orders.
