Xiao Noodles net profit surges nearly 75% to $15.35m
The group added 134 internal locations to its portfolio during the 2025 fiscal period.
Hong Kong-listed fast-food noodle company Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd (Xiao Noodles) reported a 74.8% net profit surge to $15.35m (RMB106.1m), which the group attributes to a rise in revenue in its self-operated restaurants for the year ending 31 December 2025.
Xiao Noodles revenue went up 40.5% with adjusted net profit surging by 111.9% year-on-year.
Revenue from self-operated restaurant operations increased from $144.82m in 2024 by 44.9% to $209.81m in 2025, primarily attributable to the increase in the number of self-operated restaurants.
Revenue from self-operated restaurant operations as a percentage of total revenue increased from 86.7% in 2024 to 89.4% in 2025. In addition, revenue from the delivery business as a percentage of total revenue increased rapidly from 15.6% for the year ended 31 December 2024 to 23.3% for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Same-store sales reached $107.87m for the year, with average orders per same store increasing from 391 in 2024 to 427 in 2025.
Xiao Noodles’ franchised restaurant revenue increased by 12.3% in 2025, primarily attributable to the increase in the number of restaurants.
In 2025, the Group opened 156 new restaurants, including 134 self-operated restaurants and 22 franchised restaurants.
