Yum China to consider quarterly dividend for November
The declaration will be adopted on or around 4 November if the board decides to proceed.
Yum China Holdings, Inc. (Yum China) has announced that in compliance with the rules governing the listing of securities on the stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX), which require advance notice of board meetings at which a dividend is expected to be declared, its board of directors will consider the declaration and payment of a quarterly dividend.
If the board decides to proceed, the declaration will be adopted by board resolution on or around 4 November, Beijing or Hong Kong Time, and will be disclosed by the company.
The company also said that no board resolution in relation to the dividend has been adopted yet and there is no assurance that the dividend will be declared.
