
McDonald's Singapore launches its first meat-free burger
Its patty is made with various vegetables.
McDonald's Singapore has answered vegetarians prayers with its latest menu addition—the Veggie Crunch Burger.
According to the fast food chain, the burger has a deep-fried patty made with green peas, carrots, green beans, red bell peppers, and potatoes.
The patty is complemented with the sweet chili McChicken Sauce along with lettuce and cucumber slices.
The new burger is available islandwide and through McDelivery. A la carte orders will only set back diners SGD 1, while adding medium fries and drink puts the order at SGD 5.
Fries can also be swapped with a corn cup for no extra charge, or to a salad for an extra SGD 1.20.
