
Oliver’s Super Sandwiches dishes healthier options with new ‘green’ menu
The new items will be available as lunch or dinner options.
European-styled café concept Oliver’s Super Sandwiches has teamed up with social venture Green Monday for a new menu.
The “Green is Cool” menu collaboration sees the debut of OmniPork Patty, making Oliver’s the first in Hong Kong to incorporate this ingredient into the café’s first plant-based meat burger.
The crossover with Green Monday is the first expansive vegetarian menu in the restaurant, which encourages green and sustainable living in Hong Kong.
The menu includes the OmniPork Patty & Avocado Salsa Burger, Fishless Fillet Penne in Pumpkin Cream Sauce featuring Gardein Fishless Fillet and Alpha Non-Chicken Nugget and Roasted Almond Oat Latte created from Califia Farms Barista Blend Oat Milk.
Starting 19 May, the “Green is Cool” menu will be available at the Oliver’s Super Sandwiches Taikoo Shing Cityplaza branch. The menu will also be available at all branches starting from 26 May, except for its branches in Hong Kong University and City University of Hong Kong.
The three green dishes will be available during lunch and dinner time, whilst Roasted Almond Oat-Latte will be available throughout the day.
