The Pizza Project drops mouth-watering whole lobster tail pizza in new holiday menu

The Pizza Project is dropping some holiday-themed menus starting with its All I Want For Christmas Is You seafood pizza pie that includes a whole lobster tail fresh clams, mussels and calamari on a rich marinara tomato sauce base with xo oil and scallions.
The menu is part of the fast-food’s of Festive Goodies, including the Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer Pizza (HK$160) - a molten brie cheese topped pizza with braised radicchio trevisano, sliced chorizo and balsamico; and I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus which is fried gnocco frittos filled with peanut butter and strawberry jam.
The holiday menu is available a la carte or with tasting menu from 18:00 1 to 31 December at both Central and Wan Chai locations.
