Ebb & Flow Group has launched its AI-powered delivery-only brand in partnership with SQREEM Technologies.
Using the analytics solutions firm’s behavioural data capabilities and pattern analysis, the food and beverage company has crafted dishes for its latest brand, Wrap Bstrd, based on the evaluation of over 200,000 individual data points.
An analysis of these data points from office workers in a certain CBD has identified customer journeys, predicted demand, and mapped behavioural intent to purchase, as well as flavours, ingredients and consumer preferences and trends.
Specifically, it has found that target customers wanted flavours from local comfort food, such as hawker dishes, and that they cared about health trends.
The menu of the tech-driven concept features indomie, bulgogi beef and curry cauliflower wraps.
Other wrap offerings include char siew rice, beef rendang rice, and smoked salmon cream cheese.
“Consumer behaviour and preferences are changing rapidly and this is the driving force behind our need to use technology and digital products in the F&B industry,” CIO Philipp K. Helfried said in a statement.
