Minor Food Singapore adds grill concept to F&B portfolio
The first-ever Josh’s Grill is located at Bugis Junction.
A new player backed by Minor Food Singapore is looking to enter the city’s grill scene.
Josh’s Grill opened its first location at Bugis Junction, positioned as a “a casual dining destination built on making every meal a unique feast and an affordable one without compromising on quality.”
The maiden restaurant can host over 70 persons and offers a selection of premium cuts from high graded Aussie beef meats to grilled chicken chops, grilled fish fillets, home-made pastas and more.
The grill concept joins Minor Food Singapore’s portfolio of brands including Xin Wang Hong Kong Café, Sanook Kitchen, ThaiExpress, Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice, Basil Thai Kitchen, Poulet Amazing French Roast Chicken, Poulet + Brasserie, Buffet Town International Buffet Restaurant, Kiseki Japanese Buffet Restaurant, Riverside Grilled Fish and Ya Hua Bak Kut Teh.
