
New ramen concept debuts in Hong Kong
Ramen Cubism will be launched by two Japanese celebrity chefs who already own noodle concepts in Japan.
Ramen Cubism is slated to open their first store in Wellington Street, Central on January 11.
As reported by Out Of Town Blog, the new ramen restaurant is the brainchild of Japanese celebrity chefs Hayashi Takao and Matsumura Takahiro. The flagship site will serve offerings such as The Sea Soy Soup and Matsu Hayashi Dumpling.
The new concept will also feature The Earth Bird – Clear Broth, The Sky Bird – White Soup, The Earth Bird – Clear Spicy Broth, and The Sky Bird – White Spicy Soup, whereas it will only be limited to 200 servings on its opening day.
Takao is known to be the owner of another ramen restaurant Original Ramen Style Hayashi while Takahiro owns Human Beings Everybody Noodles, The Old Man’s Best Swing, The Most Deserted Ramen-Bar In The World, The Soul of Japan, Takahiro Ramen, Namonaki Ramen and The Most Hopeful Ramen Bar in the World.
