Jollibee clarifies news report of moving listing to Hong Kong
The fast-food giant said it is evaluating ‘various strategic options’.
Jollibee Foods Corporation said that it is evaluating 'various strategic options for the intended listing of its international business’, following news reports that it is considering moving its listing from the US to Hong Kong.
“The Company clarifies that, as previously disclosed in its January 5, 2026 press release, it announced its intention to pursue a separation of its international business and a potential listing on a U.S. securities exchange, subject to prevailing market conditions, regulatory approvals, and other relevant considerations,” Jollibee said.
“In this context, the Company continues to evaluate various strategic options for the intended listing of its international business with a view to determining what would best serve the best interests of the company and its shareholders, and these evaluations remain ongoing.”
The response was triggered following a Bloomberg report citing sources that Jollibee is mulling listing its international business in Hong Kong instead of the US.
