Malaysian pastry brand Rollney to debut in Singapore

It will open its first branch in VivoCity.

Malaysian pastry brand Rollney will be opening its first branch in Singapore.

Rollney is expected to open this January in VivoCity.

After trying his first chimney cake in Hungary, Tan Yee Ke, Rollney’s founder convinced the owner to share with him the recipe for the cake. He stayed for three months in Hungary to learn about the baking process.

When he got back to Malaysia, an idea came to him to mash chimney cakes and ice cream together and created Rollney.

Chimney cakes are cylindrical-shaped desserts with crispy exteriors and soft interiors. Rollney offers a variety of chimney cake flavours from its signature cinnamon, chocolate, peanut, and Nutella almond.
