The event is on 3 April 2025.
The QSR Media Asia Tabsquare Conference & Awards 2025 is set to take place on 3 April, bringing together the biggest names in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.

The conference will kick off with a Trends Report examining how Asia's evolving economic landscape is reshaping the QSR industry. This will be followed by a session featuring Dave’s Hot Chicken, detailing its rapid expansion from a parking lot pop-up to an international franchise.
Attendees will also gain insights into the retail-restaurant hybrid model with GOPIZZA’s Global CEO, Jay Lim, and explore the potential of AI in restaurants with Momos Co-founder Andrew Liu. A Leaders Panel featuring top executives from Subway, Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, Baskin-Robbins, Jollibee Group, and Restaurant Brands International will discuss key challenges and strategies for success in 2025.
The conference will include sessions on sustainability, pricing strategies, and rebranding, featuring executives from SaladStop!, Texas Chicken, and GoTo Foods. Attendees will also hear from emerging entrepreneurs, including the founders of 99 Pancakes and Har Har Chicken, as they share their growth stories.
Aside from that, the event will also feature the QSR Asia Tabsquare Awards 2025, where brands with the best initiatives are lauded for their efforts in bringing the industry to the next level. Nominations close on 6 February.
