Approximately 300 new partner restaurants are added each month on their platform.
Deliveroo Singapore reported that breakfast and late night orders has grown five times in 2019, as the platform saw overall orders increased by a half.
Based on their latest data, the delivery giant noted that approximately 300 new partner restaurants are added each month on their platform, offering dinner options, with 100 of them serving breakfast options.
“In 2020, we will continue to add varied restaurant partners and more riders to cope with the growing demand, as well as invest in products and services beyond pure delivery,” general manager Siddharth Shanker said in a statement.
The firm cited Central Business District (CBD), Orchard Road, Tanglin, Bukit Timah and Katong as the fastest growing neighbourhoods for ordering.
Popular go-to cuisines were Japanese sushi (west), wanton noodles (east), bubble tea (north), and chicken rice (south and central).
Moreover, Deliveroo saw a 104% increase in the number of plant-based food operators on their platform since 2018.
Last year, the delivery firm became the exclusive delivery partner for alternative meat company Impossible Foods. Over 150 food brands serving Impossible products are available on the platform.
