
Shanghai Laiyifen goes public
The Chinese food store operator in China completed its IPO in Shanghai.
The listing raised around RMB660 million (US$98.3 million), issuing up to 60 million shares. The company said that it intends to use the funds generated to accelerate expansion.
Shanghai LaiYiFen Co., Ltd. owns and operates snacks food stores in China. It offers dried fruits dates and berries, roasted nuts and seeds, meats and produce, sweets and cakes, seafood, freeze dried, fruits and vegetables, and gift boxes and packs. The company also provides products through its online store. Shanghai LaiYiFen Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is based in Shanghai, China.
