Based in Singapore, the regional hub currently has close to 20 employees, who work across performance marketing, recruitment, partnerships and business intelligence.
Deliveroo announced the establishment of its new Asia Pacific (APAC) Performance Hub, geared to support all of the firm’s offices in the region by monitoring and optimising all aspects of the company’s performance, and maximising insights from its global headquarters in London.
Based in Singapore, the regional hub comprises close to 20 employees working across performance marketing, recruitment, partnerships and business intelligence. It is also expected to look at negotiating strategic cross-border partnerships with restaurant brands and service providers, recruitment, optimising digital ad spend, creating bespoke tools to aid in data-driven local decision-making and providing guidance and support to customer service teams.
Deliveroo says the hub will create solutions using big data and technologies to support its local activities and growth. By tracking and analysing trends, data and performance metrics, the company hopes to deepen its understanding of consumer and stakeholder behaviour in the region.
