
Domino's Malaysia and Singapore to bolster operations with decentralized AI service
The pizza chain currently has over 260 stores and 4,000 staff in the two countries.
Domino’s Malaysia and Singapore is teaming up with artificial intelligence solutions provider SingularityNET to drive efficiencies in their supply chain and delivery operations.
The partnership will see SingularityNET conducting feasibility studies, deliver AI-centric workshops, and offer a number of algorithms to improve Domino’s business operations.
“Our newest transformation effort is occurring in our operations function, where we are automating significant portions of our delivery operations and consolidating our operations centres. SingularityNET’s AI algorithms and services will allow us to explore these efficiencies at scale,” Domino’s Malaysia and Singapore CEO Ba U Shan-Ting said in an announcement.
SingularityNET is known for its AI solution that is powered by a decentralized protocol with the goal to provide people the possibility of creating, sharing and monetizing AI services at scale.
