The GCash scan-to-pay system will be available in at least 50 stores by the end of November.
In a report by GMA News, Max's Group Inc. has partnered with Globe Telecom's GCash to enable electronic payments in MGI's network of restaurants using QR codes.
Globe said the GCash scan-to-pay system is slated to roll out in more stores in 2018.
