Pirata group’s Pici pasta bar opens 9th location in Causeway Bay
The location has four new signature dishes.
Pirata Group’s Pici opened on 38 Yiu Wa Street in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong to offer hand rolled and fresh pasta, making it its ninth location.
The restaurant has 60 seats and has over 1,350 square feet of space.
Exclusive to the location are four new signature dishes such as Meditarrenean Salad worth HKD85, Octopus Salad worth HKD120, Double Ravioli Pumpkin and Ricotta for HKD150, and Farfalle Prawns and Pesto for HKD170.
Pici Executive Chef Davide said, “With this new opening, we wanted to bring something innovative to longtime Pici fans. Our team experimented with new pasta shapes that didn't exist on our menus yet, and to incorporate the traditional flavour combination and play with a fun presentation for that signature Pici twist."
