Tim Hortons debuts in Pakistan
The Canadian coffee chain partnered with Turkish operator Blue Foods Ltd. for its launch.
Tim Hortons opened its first store in Pakistan in partnership with restaurant operator Blue Foods Ltd.
The launch of its maiden restaurant in Pakistan was first announced in May last year. The restaurant is an 8,000sq ft outlet, which features a drive-thru and in-store seating for over 150 people, at the DHA Lahore Phase 6 Raya commercial centre.
“We’re thrilled to share that the recent grand opening of the first-ever Tim Hortons restaurant in Pakistan was a big success! The restaurant opening in Lahore over the weekend drew huge crowds of guests who were eager to get their first taste of all the great products that Tims has to offer. Some local menu items available at the new Tims restaurant in Lahore include Pistachio-flavoured Iced Capp, donuts and croissants, Chicken Tikka sandwiches and Lahori Bhajhi sandwiches, and Karak Chai,” the coffee chain said in a LinkedIn post.
The post by Tim Hortons showed a huge crowd of customers lining up to buy their coffee.
The coffee chain is expected to open two more stores in Lahore.
