KFC Malaysia operator adds Karen Chan to board
Chan has over 20 years of experience in digital and retail F&B consulting.
QSR Brands Holdings Bhd, the operator of over 850 KFC restaurants in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Cambodia, announced the appointment of Karen Chan to its Board of Directors, effective July 1.
Chan has over 20 years of experience in digital and retail F&B consulting and was the CEO of
machine learning and artificial intelligence consumer platform Minden International where she is credited for being responsible for venture building and platform operationalization.
She also served as the CEO of AirAsia Berhad’s super app where she spearheaded the transformation of airasia.com. Prior to that, she spent over 10 years in the F&B industry where she was the chief digital officer of Pizza Hut, APAC and regional marketing director of Domino’s Pizza APAC.
