Flash Coffee reports 50% revenue growth amidst focus towards Indonesia
The brand operates 67 coffee outlets in Indonesia.
Tech-enabled coffee chain Flashg Coffee reported an increase of over 50% in its revenue per store since early 2024, driven by its decision to focus on the Indonesian market.
The news follows Flash Coffee's exit in Singapore and selling of its Thailand business.
The brand said it is now focused on bringing new coffee outlets designed to offer a unique coffee experience. These outlets will feature Flash Coffee’s signature drinks, such as the Seasalt Palm Sugar Latte and Whipped Strawberry Matcha, user-friendly digital ordering through its proprietary app, and a new larger store concept with a welcoming sit-and-stay design that encourages customers to linger and socialise.
“We have been excited about Indonesia and its potential since we opened our very first Flash Coffee store in Jakarta in January 2020”, said David Brunier, Founder and CEO of Flash Coffee. “Thanks to the support of our loyal customer base and our strategic refocus on Indonesia as the group’s most mature market, we are now expanding our footprint in the country, with plans to add many new stores to our portfolio within the next 12 months. We’re just getting started."
