KFC, R/GA team up to launch ‘Jingle Your Tastebuds’ musical remix

It leverages ‘Sonic Seasoning’ crafted to enhance the flavour of the Parmesan Truffle Chicken.

KFC has partnered with creative innovation company R/GA Singapore, introducing 'Jingle Your Tastebuds,’ a musical remix of Jingle Bells crafted to pair with the Parmesan Truffle Chicken.

The sensory experience leverages ‘Sonic Seasoning,’ which builds on KFC’s 11 secret herbs and spices, to enhance the flavour of the Parmesan Truffle Chicken.

KFC and R/GA collaborated with Professor Gemma Calvert from Nanyang Business School and Massive Music and her team to fine-tune the track by pairing specific elements with food textures.

Through taste testing, they discovered how elements like crunchiness, creaminess, and tenderness respond to different pitches, adjusting the track to achieve the optimal sonic seasoning.

The Sonic Seasoning, a first in Singapore, will be available on Spotify.
